FAQ

  • How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
    We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible, with a minimum of 72 hours.
  • Do you deliver?
    Unfortunately, we do not deliver at this time. All orders must be picked up during our business hours.
  • What if I need to cancel my order? Do you offer refunds?
    All boards are made to order and require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of your scheduled pick-up cannot be refunded or credited. Orders cancelled less than 5 days before the pick-up date will receive a 50% credit towards a future order.
  • Can you accommodate food allergies?
    We are more than happy to accommodate for allergies but, please note, we are NOT a nut-free kitchen, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please specify ANY allergies at the time of order.
  • Do you offer boards for dietary requests? (Vegan boards/gluten-free boards/etc.)
    We’re happy to accommodate almost every dietary request. Please contact the store for your specific request.
  • Do you offer catering?
    Although we are not currently offering catering, we will begin offering party trays and small catering events by Spring 2024.
  • Do you offer private classes?
    We can accommodate up to 15 guests for a private in-studio class. Please email info@sorrenteaux.com for more information.
  • What if I can’t make it in time before the close of business or I forget to pick up my order?
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate refunds or remakes of any orders if your pick-up was not met.
  • Can I pick up my board a few days before my event?
    We highly recommend serving and enjoying your board the day it is picked up (or the next day at the very latest), as many of the ingredients have been sliced and prepared to enjoy the day of. Crackers are always served on the side so that they do not become soggy.
